I received this case as a gift and I enjoy it. I have a 12″ diameter upper arm and it fits nice and snugly when i am hiking or jogging. The only downside that I could come up with was that when I am hiking or jogging I cannot see the screen and it is difficult to turn the wheel to change the volume, unless i stop and take it out of the case to do so. I only really need to do that when I am hiking in an area that is close to traffic tho. Otherwise I really enjoy this product, there are 2 holes on the top for headphone access, one on each side. My ipod 80gb goes in the case easily, it is not snug but it is not terribly loose either.
