Freeloader Pink Solar Charger

Free Energy on Demand. FreeLoader’s internal li-ion battery can be charged in as little as 5 hours by its solar panels or via a computer USB socket in 3 hours (charge cable supplied). Power can then be transferred in double quick time to give 2 hours of talk time on a mobile phone, 18 hours running time on an iPod or 2 1/2 hours play time on a PSP. Use FreeLoader as a charging hub. Freeloader can be charged by its USB cable while powering up your devices at the same time.

2 Stars Good idea, bad execusion
I bought the non-pink version of the Freeloader. It looks good and is simple to use but mine only worked for a single charge. The product description said it was iPhone compatible but I think the iPhone pulls too much current for the Freeloader to work properly. I followed the instructions but after the first successful charge of my phone, it fails to charge anything now. I really wish I had better news because it seems like a great little gadget. Perhaps it would work for smaller devices. I couldn’t return it becasue I purchased it from overseas and the cost of returning it would have nearly equaled the cost of a new one.

5 Stars Perfect — all accessories should work this well
This thing simply does what it’s supposed to do and what it claims to do (which, alas, is so much more than can be said for so many gadget add-ons). Perfect fit on the Nano, as others have pointed out, they even include the little screen protector strip which adds protection where it really counts. Buttons and ports are easily accessible, the strap is comfy to wear and easy to get on.
And best of all, of course, the price is exactly right. Apple really should just include something like this with the Nano to begin with — but at least Belkin’s offering is of a design and quality to match what it’s made to enclose.

5 Stars NICE!!!NICE!!!NICE!!!
Excellent sound quality for what I paid for. Bought it at a local Target in Los Angeles for $24.00 and very satisfied with the sound quality and its unpretentious appearance. Gadget/electronic enthusiast would definitely appreciate its beauty. Batteries Not Included??? What batteries??? This baby doesn’t need any batteries to do its thing. Highly recommend to anyone PERIOD! THE END
