3 Stars Not as Good Quality as I Expected
Bought from hightech_toys. Outside in a pastel baby pink color, has a peach color tint. The outside edges look white in the picture but in actuality are the same color as the sleeve itself. Inside it is black. There are two zippers which unzip almost all the way, letting you open the sleeve completely flat. Don’t see how one could still use the laptop with the sleeve on though.
The item looked a bit nicer in the photo online. Item seemed a bit cheaply made, and color was not exactly what I expected. The Rasfox label/tag was nowhere to be found on the product. But it fits the macbook quite well though.

this sleeve offers good protection for the macbook and is also attractive!the sleeve is thick (padded with foam) enough to protect the macbook and not too thick to make the macbook look bulged.
4 Stars Decent “cover” for MacBook
I bought this case for my wife’s macbook just to protect it while not in use. Overall the product seems sturdy with a fair amount of cushion. The 13′ macbook is actually snug in the case, not loose at all. I couldn’t even fit the remote in with the computer. The color is a light pink, does not look white to me. Perhaps the person before got a defective product?
On the downside it will only hold the macbook. There are no pockets/holders. If you need something for extra protection, this will do the job. If you are traveling with it, you will likely need a bigger bag to put it in especially for the powercord.

It fits almost to a tee and is a sturdy, snug fit. I really feel that my nano is shock resistant with this cover. The only other thing I would recommend is a screen cover. Oh, and the color is fabulous and vibrant too!!

I am very pleased with this case. It protects my iPod wonderfully. You do have to be careful of the screen, but you’d have to do that anyways. Not to mention, it makes the iPod easier to hang onto. This case is far superior to anything else I have seen.

I do like this product, my only suggestion would be that it should have come with something to cover the screen to protect it as well. But overall the rubber protects the ipod great.

This is a good product for for MOST MacBook Pro’s but not the newest Oct 08 MBP. It will not fit. I hope they update this information soon.

I just recently purchased a MacBook Pro and wanted a lightweight cover that wouldn’t hinder the computer at all. AT ALL. I searched around and found this hard case and was so impressed with it that I ordered one in every color. First of all, Apple stores sell this product for twice the cost ($50) and the colors are limited. The case fits tight and becomes a part of the computer. The gel-like feeling of it makes it easy to remove and clean. It also “sticks” to any surface so you be sure your laptop won’t go flying off a table or your lap. I love it on the airplane and at malls when surfaces are questionable. It will protect the exterior of your Mac from germs and spills and general light use. Don’t throw it down stairs because it isn’t a padded case! Love it.

5 Stars Red Speck-tacular! Macbook Pro 15.4 inch Early 2008 Model
I just received the speck; within 2 seconds I placed it on my Macbook Pro without any problems, very simple and will keep your computer from getting scratched and dented!
Someone had given this 1 star, because it does not fit on the late 2008 models, well, if you look at the product date of the speck it clearly says it came out last year or before and if you look at the Macbook Pro 2008 late model on Amazon, you will see where all the ports go and so forth. But then again, if you are not clear as to where the ports and all are on the old model, you would not know this. Just wanted to put this out there. But just to clarify it will not work on late October 2008 models, ports are in different location than the early 2008 models!
Other than this, I think the Speck is a great cover for keeping your computer from looking shabby and dented up with weeks of owning it.

i got this product in black and it slipped right on my macbook with no problemos. it keeps my machine fingerprint-free and I appreciate the thin plastic extra layer of protection it offers my machine (even though I know its not going to protect it from a fall or anything)
