This item has no sparkle. They are drab and cheaply made. The case is very thin and was a big disappointment. I returned it the same day I received it.
The packaging is AMAZING. The packaging costs more than the product. They took a cheap product and packaged it to look really expensive.
5 Stars Excellent iPod Nano case
This is a great case for the Nano. Its very light weight. Only makes the Nano bigger by a tiny amount unlike the thick leather cases. The sleek colored aluminum maintains the modern look of the nano. Comes with the option to use a removeable clip or a lanyard ( both included). The inside of the case is covered with a soft rubber to protect the nanos surfaces. This case does everything right. The only thing I could find wrong was this: the lanyard has a threaded bead that un-screws very easily which would allow the nano to fall off. This can be fixed by putting a little glue on the threads to lock it. Other than that, its a beautifully designed case.

3 Stars Decent iPod Cover
I have a black 80GB iPod Classic and I bought this case because it seemed simple and efficient, and I was right. It is not perfect, there is no cover for the screen or wheel, but I didn’t want a wheel cover anyway. A screen cover would have been nice, but its not a deal breaker.
The material is a soft rubber that looks like it may be prone to tearing, but once the iPod is in it (which its easy to put in) you shouldn’t have to worry about it tearing. It also slides in your pocket fairly easy, something rubber cases sometimes don’t do. It has a hole for your headphones, the hold switch which is easily accessed, and a slit on the bottom for the adapter. I am not sure if you can connect it to things like an iHome with the case on, but the slit in the bottom is very large, much bigger than the actual plug, so I suspect you can.
All in all this is a good deal, you get 2 cases for less than the price of a single one of other cases.
The only issue is that I ordered the Dark Grey one and I got a black one with the design on it and a clear one. I am not sure if this is the way it was supposed to come because the pictures here on Amazon are not that great. The design is actually kind of nice though… Would have rathered completely black, but I’m getting used to it.
2 Stars Didn’t fit.
I returned this item. It did not fit the classic 80G Ipod and they sent me different colors than I ordered. Also, though it may look in the picture like the wheel of the ipod is also covered and protected, it is not.

Sent this item to my folks who each have the classic 80. They were happy to get the twin pack of ipod sleeves and say they fit and work just dandy.

It’s exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something stylish without being neon colored. It keeps my iPod scratch-free and it repels dust (and pet hair) for the most part. Plus, should I get tired of the designed case, I have a solid colored one to switch to.
